CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER:

A reasonable level of fitness is required and if you have questions about the suitability of our tours, ask us. If there is any medical concern, it is the client’s responsibility to seek confirmation from their doctor before booking the trip. You may be asked to complete a medical form or submit a medical certificate before traveling.

SUP GALAPAGOS may use any information collected about the client to effectively operate the route or communicate special offers and marketing efforts directly with the client. Any legal dispute with customers or suppliers will be made in the mediation center of San Cristóbal or in the multicompetent courts of Galapagos, under Ecuadorian laws and with special character taking into account the Organic Law of Special Regime of Galapagos (LOREG) .
